After 1 year of dating and a 7 month engagement,
we got married!

2010
Brittney purchased her first camera.
She took photos of anything
and everything.
2012
Brittney graduated Detroit Lakes High School...
...and officially started her full time photography business.
2014
Caleb was working at a local church & thought Brittney
was cute.
He knew she was into cameras claimed he needed "help with a video project to get Brittney's number... and so the dating began!
2014
Caleb planned the "12 Dates of Christmas" on December 20th.
The date-day ended with him down on one knee asking Brittney to marry him. Of course she said, "YES"!
2015
On July 18th, Brittney and Caleb promised their lives to each other.
It was officially one of the best days of their life!
2015
Spent 7 days in Florida as newlyweds enjoying the ocean and Disney...
Then came home and shot a wedding together a few days later... and had a blast doing it!
2016
Caleb's love for video was added to the photo business.
Working as a team - all day, every day - is a dream come true.

Let’s be honest... photo sessions can be awkward!
Most people do not get out of bed every day and start snuggling up and posing in front of a camera.
And that is okay!
Here are 3 reasons why we believe in engagement sessions:
1. We want to get to know you as a couple! As your wedding photographers, we will spend more time with you on your wedding day than you will with your bridal party. The engagement session is our favorite time to chat about life and have a good time together!
2. It is a practice round of your wedding day! We will guide and teach you how to pose in front of the camera so when your wedding day comes around, you are already pros in the posing department!
3. It is a chance for you to relax and enjoy each other! We know how exciting the engagement season of your life is, but we also know that wedding planning is stressful! Your engagement session is a time where you get to cuddle, kiss, giggle and more!
We always joke that engagement sessions are more like cuddle sessions!
PS - it’s much more convincing when you tell your man you are going to have a

1- Engagement sessions typically last 60-90 minutes. Plan to begin your session 2 hours before sunset. This is one of the prettiest times of day to be photographed!
2- Locations! We love creating unique and personal engagement sessions for each couple. Once you book your wedding experience we will chat all
about where your session locations!
3- We recommend bringing 2-3 outfits. Feel free to dress it up!
We will send you a guide to help plan your outfits when that time comes!
4- You will receive your online gallery within 2 weeks of your session.
our shooting style
We love being both interactive and discreet throughout the
wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when we will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you won't even know that we're there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) We teach our couples how to pose and interact with each other during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us!
how do payments work?
All payments are handled online and can be made with a debit/credit card or a bank account (ACH payment). The deposit is due when the contract is signed. The final payment is due 30 days before the wedding date.

what is a printer's release?
We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. In your gallery, you will receive a printer's release which will give you the ability to print your photos at your lab of choice. We will give you recommendations for the best print labs - but in the end, you can pick!

All of the wedding planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours! So if you’re choosing to invest in high-quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding. We offer two different album options for our clients as we desire every person to walk away from their wedding with something tangible and timeless to remember their day by. We want you to pull out a beautiful album to show your children and grandchildren someday - not search for digital files on an old hard drive. These are precious moments that you will forever cherish! Let's do this the right way.

Prior to this phone call, I will have you fill out a questionnaire to answer any and all questions we may have about your wedding day. Once our conversation is over, I will send over a final timeline that you can send out to your vendors, bridal party, and family!
